ADULT INPATIENT PROGRAM
The Adult Inpatient Program is designed for adults (over age 18) who need acute crisis management. Typically, we admit adults experiencing emotional problems such as depression, mood swings, suicidal and/or homicidal thoughts, and psychoses. Our program provides a caring atmosphere where our staff can help patients address the problems they are facing and develop positive coping skills to manage symptoms and behavior outside the hospital.
The Adult Program includes two separate units, which gives flexibility to place individuals in a setting that best suits their own emotional and physical needs. Upon admission, psychiatrists along with a treatment team will assess the patient to determine a length of stay and begin treatment. Discharge planning will include after care arrangements so you can maintain your progress and prevent relapse.
