Thomas Sykes

On a cold day last winter, Thomas was transporting a patient for discharge. He recognized the patient did not have a coat and his clothing would not protect him from the cold. The patient explained that he did not own a coat. Thomas gave the gentleman his coat. This is what it means to be the patient experience at Decatur Morgan Hospital.

Tammy Glen

When Tami learned that a patient undergoing testing was without food and would not have grocery money for several days, she put together a goodie bag and gave her $20 from her own pocket to buy groceries. This is what it means to be the patient experience at Decatur Morgan Hospital.
