Individuals exhibiting a broad range of symptoms associated with COVID-19 including fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, vomiting or diarrhea and asymptomatic individuals with recent exposure to COVID-19.
As always, any person with a medical emergency such as shortness of breath or respiratory distress should call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
If you come to the Fever Clinic
No Physician Order is required.
Patients will be notified of test results.
Results typically availble within 48 hours.
Billing/Payment
The clinic visit will be billed to your health insurance. No money will be collected on-site.

Photo ID
Insurance card
Cell phone, if you have one
If you have a mask at home, please wear it to the clinic.
Additional Information
If you are experiencing severe symptoms and are currently on chemotherapy, home oxygen or have other chronic medical issues, contact your primary care physician or go to the ER.
