Katie Bonar is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined the staff of Decatur Morgan in 2020 and joined Decatur Morgan Primary Care in 2023. She received her undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of Alabama at Huntsville. Katie treats patients of all ages. She enjoys getting to know her patients on a personal level and providing education to her patients. Before joining Decatur Morgan, she worked for eight years as a surgical trauma ICU nurse and three years as a cardiac care nurse. Katie is married with two children. She enjoys family time, life on the farm and baking.
