Dr. Matthew Sykes is a Pikeville, Kentucky native. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pikeville and graduated from the Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Sykes completed his residency at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC and Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC. He enjoys running, boating, water sports, snow skiing and the outdoors.

Jeff has worked as an ICU nurse since 2004. He has worked in hospice and nursing education as well. Jeff attended nursing school at Calhoun Community College. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Grand Canyon University and completed his Master of Science in Nursing at the University of North Alabama. Jeff is married with one daughter.  He enjoys biking, kayaking, reading, antique restoration, and playing his many guitars.

Brooke has been a nurse for over 20 years and worked in hospice and the emergency department prior to coming to the clinic. She received her BSN at The University of Alabama and her MSN at Simmons College.
