Decatur Morgan Occupational Medicine provides the highest quality occupational healthcare to businesses and industries in Decatur and Morgan County.
After an examination and medical history review, our providers will develop a treatment plan that prioritizes the employee’s recovery, while also assisting companies in avoiding uneeded penalties and absenteeism.
Decatur Morgan Occupational Medicine will perform surveillance physical, workers comp injury treatment, and a variety of physicals, including employment, pre-employment, FAA flight, DOT, and immigration. Our clinic administers drug and alcohol testing and has a Testing Services area for those needing drug screening services.

Our Team
Dr. Jack Heath
Dr. Heath received his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana and internship and residency training at the University of Alabama-Birmingham Medical Center and Carraway Methodist Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama. He has extensive experience in occupational medicine and urgent care medicine and has served as a Medical Director in both settings, including direction of programs for Fortune 500 companies. Dr. Heath currently serves as Medical Director for Mazda Toyota Manufacturing USA and Supervising Physician for BAE Systems - Huntsville. He is also a United States Civil Surgeon for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services/Department of Homeland Security, Certified Medical Review Officer from the Medical Review Officer Certification Council, and a member of the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration/United States Department of Transportation. Dr. Heath has held membership with the American College of Physician Executives, American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, and American Academy of Family Physicians.
Leigh Zollinger, CRNP
Leigh Zollinger,CRNP is a board certified Family nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She completed her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing at Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. She has experience in various practice settings to include the emergency department, urgent care centers, occupational health clinics and within the military health care system. She is currently a member of the AANP and is a certified medical examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
